Divesh Acharya is a Computer Science and Cybersecurity instructor with extensive experience in higher education, workforce-aligned program development, and applied computing. He teaches across cybersecurity, programming, and computer science disciplines, bringing together real-world industry practice and academic rigor to prepare students for both transfer pathways and in-demand careers.
With a background in higher education, Divesh has led curriculum design aligned with industry standards, integrated professional certifications into degree programs, and supported accreditation initiatives at the institutional and program levels. His teaching emphasizes hands-on learning, ethical problem-solving, and practical skills in areas such as cybersecurity defense, networking, programming, and data-driven decision-making.
