Ryan Atkinson is a creator, founder, and podcast host. Ryan first got into podcasting during his senior year of college in August 2020. He wanted a way to connect with entrepreneurs and learn from their personal success stories and so The Business Cloud was born. Being 80+ episodes in, Ryan has connected with founders whose companies are valued at $500M+ and even those just starting their journey. Ryan has managed 65+ people over three management positions, interned at a VC-backed AI startup, and worked at HubSpot. He has a passion for tech, entrepreneurship, media, and helping people.
Steven Bowcut, CPP, PSP is editor-in-chief for Brilliance Security Magazine. His 30-year career in the security industry includes work as a security consultant for many private, government, and quasi-government entities. He has published hundreds of articles covering security-related topics and is passionate about security and cybersecurity issues.
Sammy Dolgin is an alumni of Loyola University Chicago, where he studied Economics and Statistics. Following over four years of experience in fintech and adtech, he attended the NYC Data Science Academy to gain a deeper understanding of programming and machine learning theory. Upon graduation, Sammy was hired as a teaching assistant, and worked with over 100 students on developing data science skills and careers.
Lilia Fabry is a writer, editor, and web designer with experience creating content in many niches from health to culture and beyond. Lilia earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Houston. During the formal education, Fabry also served as the editor for the journal of literature at her university.
Julia Anne Gniadek has a bachelor’s in Modern Languages and a minor in Business Management from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts. She also has a master’s in project management from Bryant University in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Julie earned certifications in both traditional and agile project management methodologies. She is currently working on a certification in Business Process Management (BPM) from Villanova University.
Alex Gurevich holds a master’s degree in marketing analytics from NYU and has expert knowledge of SAS, SPSS, JMP data visualization, Google Analytics, Omniture, and other analytical tools. He has over eight years of experience with advanced CRO, marketing data, quantitative research, and consumer behavior analysis. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 as well as start-up companies.
Robert Charles Hanes is a mechanical engineer armed with an MBA who loves explaining technical concepts to both layman and executive audiences. Bob worked with multiple technology companies and founded one company in a variety of industries before finding a great use of his skills in technical writing. He works with biotechnology, engineering, cybersecurity, defense, and more industries to help them create exceptional content.
Nicole Imbriaco is a business consultant for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, brought on to help them work smarter through data analytics, business analytics, data visualizations, workflow automations, process improvements, or streamlining data reporting needs. Nicole earned a tech-focused MBA from New York University Stern School of Business with specializations in business analytics and entrepreneurship/innovation. Prior to completing her MBA and immediately following her undergraduate years at Rutgers Business School where she double majored in finance and business analytics/information technology, Nicole started her career as a trader on Wall Street.
Sam Klemens has been writing professionally since 2014, when a client hired him to write a series of blurbs describing assorted pieces of furniture. Since this inauspicious start he’s reached the point where he can do what many writers only aspire to — live a life of semi-luxury without having to answer to anyone but his clients. Before moving to Asia Sam traveled the world. He completed a motorcycle trip in India, worked on a commune in rural Ukraine, learned to surf in Peru, saw the undistorted night sky from a beach in end-of-the-world Nicaragua, survived a motorcycle accident in Bali and took in the view from the top of the Burj Khalifa. Although Sam has written about many things, topics ranging from solar power to social work, his specialization is that which is new. Technology in general, but blockchain technology in particular.
Kara Latz is an instructor of business writing and specializes in technology-themed content and B2B marketing. As a multilingual American, she has a unique perspective of the English language. Backed by an Emory BA degree, Mercer University MBA, and a 20-year career in corporate America as a lead data analyst, Kara endeavored to engage in her true passion. She has successfully combined her business savvy and writing prowess to help companies and people bolster their company and personal brand image.
Vasilia Niles is a digital nomad and futurist enthusiast, who travels the world to connect dots between different cultures. She believes the answer to designing things that will make the world a better place lies in the interconnectedness of our belief systems and habits. Vasilia studied Molecular Biology and International Relations at UCLA but eventually went on to become a filmmaker. After attending a coding bootcamp however, she made a radical career shift.

John O’Donovan is an aerospace engineer from Portland, Oregon. He has an extensive background in technical writing and has authored many articles, blog posts, technical documents, and spec sheets for several organizations including Daimler AG, Hyster Yale, and the Port of Portland.
Justin Paulsen is an MBA and long-time writer, with over 12 years of professional experience in a variety of tech industries. He splits his time just about equally between edtech clients in higher education and script development work for game studios. He specializes in curriculum design, narrative design, dialogue writing, and the implementation of digital experiential learning programs.
Howard Poston is a cybersecurity professional by training. He earned a Masters of Cyber Operations at the United States Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). He also holds a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification among other cybersecurity-related certifications.
Thomas Shade is a mechanical engineer and engineering manager, with over three years of experience writing and advising companies in sectors such as engineering, technology, and business. Thomas served for six years in the United States Army as a construction, combat, and management engineer and has received numerous military awards for his service. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he studied mechanical engineering. He also earned a degree in engineering management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Jennifer Sheriff graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a major in mechanical engineering and business economics, followed by a vocational certificate in technical writing from Loyola Marymount University. After achieving her educational goals, Jennifer pursued additional growth through Dale Carnegie Training, Facebook Career Connections, and the COOP Careers Digital Marketing Program. These are job development programs sponsored by government committees and tech companies.
Ursula Squire is a copywriter and web designer based in Colorado. She enjoys using word smithing and design to help readers make informed decisions and bring business’ ideas to life. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and a Master of Science in environmental policy from Portland State University’s Hadfield School of Government.
Kritika Versha is a data engineer/analyst at Michigan Medicine. She has over 10 years of experience working as a software engineer, data engineer, and an analyst. Her work has appeared in ACM – CHI (Conference on Human Factors in Computing System), International Journal of Epidemiology and Michigan AI Symposium. Kritika earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication from University of Mumbai and has a masters with specialization in information retrieval and analysis from University of Michigan.
